SWAN Day CT 2020 April 18, 2020 6-10:30 pm $30 will be held at Hartford’s historic Charter Oak Cultural Center, 21 Charter Oak Ave, Hartford t 06106 and benefits Sarah Speaks Up, a non-profit organization.

An intimate evening of song, stories, dance performances and art benefits PTSD and domestic violence survivors, at the SWAN Day CT celebration on April 18, 2020. Alternative rocker Patti Rothberg, who earned acclaim with her debut album, Between the 1 and the 9 headlines, with award winning, alternative-pop singer-songwriter Jennifer Hill as Murderous Chanteuse and indie singer songwriter Nan Roy. Sarah Gallardo, founder of Sarah Speaks Up, tells stories of survivors as do the women within their sets and songs. Dance performances (by Erin Mahoney,Vivienne LaFlamme, and Kerry Kincy), live body painting by Kaylee Doll and a gallery of art by Connecticut women addresses the journey of ptsd and domestic abuse.
